Restrictions: Only cats, dogs, birds and fish are allowed (no fee/deposit for birds or fish is required). Only three (3) of the following: cats/dogs/birds allowed per apartment. A twenty (20) gallon fish tank is the maximum allowed in first floor apartments only and proof of Renters Insurance will be required. No exotic, vicious or dangerous animals are allowed. No Pit Bulls, Dobermans or Rottweiler allowed.
